Register for the Palmetto200 Relay

Team captains must register first and pay in full for the team.  Once a team captain creates the team, team members will be able to sign up and join their team for no charge.

FUNDRAISING FOR A DISCOUNTED TEAM REGISTRATION

Any team that raises money for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) will receive the following discounts, up to a free registration, after the funds have been donated to JDRF and the race has been conducted.

• 10% team rebate if $1,000 (about $100 / runner for a team of 12) is donated
• 25% team rebate if $2,000 (about $150 /runner for a team of 12) is donated
• 50% team rebate if $3,500 (about $300 / runner for a team of 12) is donated
• 100% team rebate if $5,000 (about $400 / runner for a team of 12) is donated

SPONSORSHIP DEVELOPMENT FOR A DISCOUNTED TEAM REGISTRATION

Any team that secures a sponsorship for the Palmetto200 will receive the following discounts, up to a free registration, after the sponsorship has been paid to the Palmetto Race Group, LLC.  Download our sponsorship package detailing the different levels.

• 10% team rebate if a Leg Sponsor is secured for the Palmetto Race Group
• 20% team rebate if a Navigation Sponsor is secured for the Palmetto Race Group
• 50% team rebate if an Event Sponsor is secured for the Palmetto Race Group
• 100% team rebate if a Title Sponsor is secured for the Palmetto Race Group

RECEIVE A 10% TEAM REBATE FOR EACH NEW TEAM YOU REFER

Any team that refers a friend that starts a NEW team will receive a 10% rebate after the NEW team has registered and paid in full. The email address of the team captain MUST be provided before the NEW team registers.  The email address can be added to your team profile in Active.com when you register or sent to us at info@palmetto200.com.

• NEW teams can only be referred by one team
• NEW team cannot have run the Palmetto200 in past
• If a Full and Ultra team register together then the rebate is on the Ultra team
  
• The maximum refund amount is the registration cost of the referring team (10 referred teams)

• Full Teams - Provide two volunteers willing to work an exchange zone OR pay $200 to fund volunteers from a local charity
• Ultra Teams - Provide one volunteer willing to work an exchange zone OR pay $100 to fund volunteers from a local charity

Important Volunteer Dates

• February 15, 2012 - There is a 'Not Sure' option which will allow teams until February 15th to handle their volunteer preference.  After that date, team captains are expected to pay as if they are not providing volunteers.
• February 28, 2012 -  Team captains will need to pay a $50 late fee if teams have not provided contact information for their volunteers or paid for volunteers.
