The following is a suggested list of items that have served us well when running relays.We also encourage you to share any secret weapons that make the experience more enjoyable and safe for everyone. We will gladly add them to our list for all to see.
Required Van Supplies
At least one mobile phone per van with a list of all team mobile phone numbers
Emergency kit: antibiotic ointment, athletic wrap, band-aids, cold packs and pain medicine
Palmetto200 Relay Handbook
"CAUTION - RUNNER ON ROAD" sign to be attached to the rear of each vehicle (supplied by Palmetto200 Relay)
Vans (no buses, campers, limousines, trailers, motor homes or extra vehicles)
At least two reflective vests for each van to be worn by runners from 7:00 pm – 7:00 am.
At least two headlamps and four blinking lights for each vanto be worn by runners from 7:00 pm – 7:00 am
